July 14 – Reaching for the Fringe – Summer Concert & Dinner Fundraiser, featuring Family Style Pasta Dinner & music by Ashley Carroll, will be held from 6:00-8:00pm at Christ Community Church, 224 Woodward Ave, Providence. ($20 Adult/$10 Kids/kids under 5 free). Prizes and Raffles, as well. All funds raised support non-profit Reaching for the Fringe Annual Outreach in August, reaching people with the Love of Christ by giving out backpacks filled with school supplies; free raffle items, hygiene products, food, diapers, etc., and give the families a fun day together.Tickets at the door or contact Deborah 401-649-9503 for advance tickets or to make other donations.
Saturday, July 15th,7-9PM An Evening of Worship with Robin Mark at The Fellowship, 604 Foundry St, Easton, MA. August 16-18 – Embassy of Christ, 649Woonasquatucket Ave. North Providence RI, invites you to their Vacation Bible School: Treasure Hunt for kids ages 5 to 15 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. There will be interactive Bible stories, activities, snacks, games and crafts.
New England Advocacy Services (NEAS) is a RI 501(c) 3 non-profit organization supplying service and support to victims of abuse, domestic violence, and more. NEAS is looking for 10 volunteers to be available 4 to 5 times per month so victims who have been In abusive situations do not have to face their abuser alone in court.
