FEBRUARY 22, 23 and 24th –IN HIS IMAGE OUTREACH, 101 Venturi Avenue, Warwick,, RI 02888, will host Missionary Evangelists David and Nolia Cordeau as they bring their strong healing mantle to Warwick at 6:30PM each evening. Glorifying God in their ministry focused on healings and salvation in many nations, they have seen countless miracles at their meetings, and give all the glory to the Lord. Their desire is for ALL Christians to experience a deep relationship with Jesus. (In His Image is on the 2nd floor, stairs are involved)
FEBRUARY 26TH – CARENET-RI has scheduled their next Vision Tour for Monday, February 26th. From 6 to 7PM at the Harmony Women’s Care Center in Providence, RI. Executive Director, Rachel Nguyen, will present an overview of our vision and will take you through a typical appointment and share about the many different ways you can get involved to support this life-supportive ministry. CARENET-RI is currently looking for volunteers for the medical program (nurses, Ultrasound techs, answer patient phone, receptionists) and this is a great opportunity to see if God is calling you to serve. CareNet Rhode Island has Volunteer Opportunities for LPN/RN Nurses & Sonographers for Harmony Women’s Care Center medical program. Both positions require a current/valid RI license. LPN/RN – Duties performed: Pregnancy Tests, Basic Health History, Limited STI testing and administering treatment. Training will be provided. Ultrasound Techs – Trained in limited ultrasound. New England Advocacy Services (NEAS) is a RI 501(c) 3 non-profit organization supplying service and support to victims of abuse, domestic violence, and more. NEAS is looking for 10 volunteers to be available 4 to 5 times per month so victims who have been In abusive situations do not have to face their abuser alone in court. TEEN SUICIDE PREVENTION AWARENESS The Samaritans of Rhode Island will hold several free informational workshops throughout the state on teen suicide prevention awareness for parents and caregivers. Participants can learn the warning signs and what to do if a family member or friend threatens suicide, and learn about resources available to help. No registration needed. For dates and locations, v
