November 13 – The Augusta Community Blood Drive will be held on Monday, November 13 from 1 pm to 7 pm at the Penney Memorial Church in Augusta
November 18 Craft Fair and Open House at Coastal Christian School, 574 No Nobleboro Rd, Waldoboro, Saturday, November 18, from 10:00-2:00. All proceeds by crafters give 10% to a missionary, 10% to Senior class for sponsoring fair and 80% to individual classes for needed supplies & class trips. Silent Auction on items donated by local businesses and Cafe of Soup & pies help fund the completion of gym/theatre. For more info email firstname.lastname@example.org
November 20th Berean Baptist Church 15 Cumberland Street, Brunswick Invites you to its Annual Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday, November 23, 2017 Dinner will start at noon. You’ll encounter the Roman Guards, Rabbi & Scribes, Wisemen from the East, Shepherds tending their sheep, and messenger Angels, ending your journey at the Stable with the Christ Child lying in the Manger. December 10 – Farmington Baptist Church Drama Team Presents: Real… Really? The story of family, traditions, and keeping the Real story of Christmas the focus of our celebration. DECEMBER 10th 10:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. This play follows the family from “This Changes Everything”, as Penelope & Jason are older and now mom & dad must learn to deal with the changes in their family dynamics. The drama team has been working hard to present this Christmas play.
December 16-23 – Lisbon Falls Baptist Church presents “Christmas in the Pines”. December 16th-17th and 22nd-23rd from 6:00pm-8:00pm on each of the dates above. Christmas in the pines is a drive through living nativity. Where you will hear, see, and experience the first Christmas as the Bible teaches it, and remember the reason jesus came “to seek and save the lost”! At the end of the tour, you can stick around and enjoy our marketplace AD with folks in period dress and snack and fellowship in our marketplace Ad area. GriefShare Support Group A grief support group that provides help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. VICTORY THROUGH THE STEPS is a new recovery program that will meet in the First Baptist Church gym each Friday from 7-8:30 p.m. These will be God centered meetings based on the book, The Twelve Steps for Christians a book based on biblical teachings, the ‘12-steps’ and Christ’s love to all hurting people through recovery.
